Description
• Assist with new/existing branches, relocation branches, services centers, booth & off-site ATM"s new/replacement signboards, new branding/re-branding as per requirements & SOP within TAT & marketing guidelines for the brand theme, including delivery/installation of other marketing accessories, etc. • Assist for Bank sponsored fabrication stalls for the events etc. & coordinate with branches and depts Pan Pakistan regarding timely support for event execution. • Assist with the purchase of promotional items/ marketing accessories for branches/ depts. & events. Assist in BTL Activation including concept, development, planning, execution & post-activation analysis. • Work closely with the product team to ensure smooth campaign integration and success. • Assist to coordinate & acquire relevant cost approval for pertinent task execution with close coordination with vendors. Must be able to liaison with branch/ dept & vendors for resolution of queries uploaded at Bank service portal within TATS. • Assist vendor payment by ensuring all required documentation is completed before invoice processing. Assist in maintaining MIS and File records for all required tasks.
